Why we don’t take payment when you book

Most booking sites take your card the moment you hit confirm, before anyone has actually checked that your dates, group size, and destination all line up with real availability. We do it the other way around.

How it actually works

When you submit a booking request, our team reviews it against real availability with our local partners before anything is charged. Once it’s confirmed, we send a secure payment link by email — that’s the point payment actually happens.

Why this is better for you

• You’re never charged for a trip that turns out to be unavailable.
• You get a real person confirming your specific dates and group size, not an instant auto-confirmation.
• Your booking number plus your email and phone are all you need to check status any time — no account required.

It’s a little slower than an instant checkout button. We think that’s a fair trade for not charging you before we know your trip can actually happen.
